At LaceMade, we want you to feel enchanting in every piece; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all delicate lace and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the garments into their original LaceMade packaging to prevent damage to delicate fabrics and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request approval.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
